Terms of Service

As a valued customer of ours, we would like to inform you about our updated Terms of Service for repair services. Please take a moment to review the following key points:

1. Diagnosis and Repair:

  • Our skilled technicians will diagnose the issue with your computer and provide an estimate of the repair cost.
  • Once approved by you, we will proceed with the necessary repairs to resolve the identified issue.

2. Data Backup:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all important data on your computer is backed up before bringing it in for repair.
  • While we take utmost care during repairs, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur.

3. Payment Terms:

  • A detailed invoice will be provided upon completion of the repair.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, and we accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.

4. Turnaround Time:

  • We strive to complete repairs in a timely manner; however, certain complex issues may require additional time.
  • Our team will keep you informed about the progress and estimated completion time throughout the repair process.

5. Antivirus and software

For the purposes of diagnostics, we may install programs to help us discover problems or troubleshoot crashes.

  • By agreeing to use our anti-virus program, “Emsisoft” or “Bitdefender”, or other anti-virus programs, agree to the terms of service for that product.
  • With your permission, we can assist remotely to monitor, (View and control) your computer for the purposes of providing remote services and over-the-phone support. We only use “Teamviewer” and “Splashtop”.

6. Non-Collected Property

  • Due to the limited storage available, please collect your repaired machines as soon as reasonable possible.
  • Any client’s property that is not collected within 30 days of notification of job completion, we reserve the right to dispose of, and wipe any data.

7. Warranties

  • We provide 90 days warranty on our labour for general repairs and IT services. We provide a 12-month warranty on our labour for any new computer builds that we do for clients.
